Return Policy and Procedures
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can simply return any item within 14 days of purchase for a refund or to exchange the product. Please read all sections of our Return Policy and Procedures to ensure your product(s) can be returned and any specific information regarding your purchase.
You have a statutory duty to take reasonable care of the goods so please ensure that you do not damage the item(s) or packaging before returning to us. If reasonable care has not been taken of the item, either while trying the purchase or when returning it to us, we reserve the right to refund you in full minus any amount by way of compensation either to repair the item or cover any loss.
If you are returning an item to us for a refund, you are responsible for the cost of sending it to us. If you’re returning an item to us for an exchange, you must also pay the cost of sending it to us, but we will cover the cost of returning the exchange item to you.
If you return an item to us outside the 14-day return period, excluding faulty, incorrect, incorrectly described, or damaged goods, we reserve the right to not offer you a refund. We may instead return the item to you, for which you may be charged the standard UK delivery fee.
Provided you have notified us that you are returning your order within the 14-day window, you will be entitled to a full refund, including delivery charges. Please be aware that we are unable to provide a refund of delivery charges when only part of your order is being returned to us.
To return an item to Outdoorfood, please use the delivery invoice to explain the reason for the return, if you haven’t already done so by email or in writing.
